How to Edit or Translate a Transcript in Videospan
Videospan automatically generates a transcript for every recorded or uploaded video.
You can edit or translate the transcript at any time — and when you save, Videospan instantly regenerates all captioned and templated outputs using your updated text.
This ensures your videos stay accurate, accessible, and perfectly aligned with your brand styling — in any supported language.
What You Can Do
With Videospan’s transcript editing tools, you can:
Edit the transcript for accuracy, tone, or phrasing.
Translate it into multiple supported languages.
