Every post in Videospan automatically generates a set of Template Videos — brand-aligned versions of your original content that are ready to publish instantly.

Follow these quick steps to access, preview, and share them.

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Select the Collection

From your dashboard, go to Collections in the left-hand menu.
Click on the collection that contains the post you’d like to access.

Tip: Collections group related posts together (for example, “Product Launch” or “Customer Stories”).

2. Open the Post

Inside your collection, find and click on the specific Post you want to view.
This opens the full post details — including your video, caption, and branding information.

3. Navigate to Template Videos

In the left navigation panel, select Template Videos.
You’ll now see all of the automatically generated, brand-ready videos associated with this post.

Each video reflects your chosen template — including intro/outro bumpers, overlays, watermarks, captions, and background audio.

4. Choose and Share a Video

Browse the available template outputs and select the one you want to use.
Once opened, you can:

• Preview the final video

• Download it for offline use

• Share directly to social channels or copy the branded playback link
