How to Delete a Collection in Videospan

You can delete a collection in Videospan when it’s no longer needed — for example, after a campaign ends or a project is archived.
Deleting a collection permanently removes it from your workspace and all associate content (videos, images, and text responses) are also deleted.

Important: Deleting a collection cannot be undone. Make sure you no longer need the collection or its contents before proceeding.

1. Select the Collection

From your dashboard or Collections view:

• Locate the collection you want to delete.

• Click to open the collection.

2. Open Collection Settings

Inside the collection:

• Click Collection Settings (located as the last option in the collection navigation).

This opens the settings panel for the selected collection.

3. Click “Delete”

• Scroll to the bottom of the Collection Settings page.

• Click Delete.

• Confirm the deletion when prompted.

Once confirmed, the collection is permanently removed.

What Happens When You Delete a Collection

• The collection will no longer appear in your workspace.

• All posts, responses, and associated assets within the collection are removed from that collection.

• Any scheduled reminders or prompt calendars tied to the collection will stop.

Deleting a collection does not affect brand templates or assets stored at the organization level.
