We recently added the ability to organize the responses you receive in your collections using Tags. You can create and use tags from within a response, filter all responses in your collection by their tags, and manage all of your tags.
Creating and Using Tags From within a Response
- Go to a collection
- Click in to the response you want to tag
- Click on the "Add Tags" button
- Select existing tags or add brand new tags
- Click the Save icon
Filtering Responses in a Collection Based on Tags
- Go to a collection
- At the top-left of the Responses page, click on the dropdown labeled "Filter by Tags"
- Select the tags you wish to find responses for
- Posts with the requested tags will be displayed
Creating and Deleting Tags
- Click on your organization name in the dropdown at the top right of the screen
- Select "Manage Organization"
- Scroll past the top information panel and select "Add/Remove Tags" in the settings tab
- Click on "Add Tag" To create a new tag
- Click on the red trash icon to delete a tag
