Creating A New Collection

Collections are the building blocks of Videospan. Each collection acts as a container for videos—and, in some cases, images and text—that have been added through either a prompt/response experience or by uploading existing content.

How to Create a New Collection

1. Click ”+ Create Collection”

2. Add a Prompt or Title

   • If you’re collecting responses from third parties, the prompt is the question they will see when they click the link.

3. Adjust any Additional Settings (e.g., access, branding, camera direction)

4. Click “Create Collection”

5. You can now begin adding content to your collection—either by uploading or collecting new response
