Collection Settings

Collections have various settings to customize response experiences and manage how downstream processing is handled.

Prompt

This is the title of your collection and the question users will see when you share a link or QR code to collect responses. If you’re only using the collection to repurpose existing content, use this field to enter a clear, internal title for organizational purposes.

Access

Define which users in your organization can access and manage this collection. Admins and Owners have global access to all collections.

Video Greeting

(Optional) Upload or record a video to accompany your prompt. This can serve as a warm welcome or provide instructions on how to respond.

Default Collection Configuration

Apply your standard settings to simplify setup for future collections—saving time and ensuring consistency.

Logo

Add your company logo to create a branded response experience.

Custom Background Color

Set a background color that aligns with your brand and enhances the visual consistency of the response experience.

Additional Options

Replies Visible

Allow responders to see and react to other responses—ideal for creating a more conversational or community-driven experience.

Allowed Response Types

Allow responders to reply with mixed media beyond video (images and text)

Templates to Apply

Which templates will be automatically applied to each video that hits the platform

Allow File Uploads

Allow responders to access their camera roll or local file system and upload content instead of recording a response directly with their camera.

Default Camera Direction

For mobile users, choose whether the front-facing or rear-facing camera loads by default.

Recording Aspect Ratio

Select the preferred recording format: Vertical (9:16), Horizontal (16:9), or allow users to choose.

Custom Post-Upload Message

Customize the message that appears after a response is submitted—this could include a thank-you or next steps.

Call to Action

Add a button to guide users after submitting a video, such as redirecting to a webpage or prompting a download.

User Info

Customize which form fields appear before users record—such as name, email, or custom fields relevant to your use case. Remove all fields to completely streamline the recording experience.
