Managing Responses

Working with Responses in Videospan

All responses to prompts are organized by collection under the “Responses” tab.

To access and manage a response:

1. Navigate to the relevant collection

2. Select the “Responses” tab

3. Click on the individual response you’d like to work with

  View, share, or modify the original recording

• Full Editor

  Make version-controlled edits to the response

• Repurpose with AI

  Automatically generate blog posts, newsletters, social captions, and more

• Video to Image

  Extract and publish high-quality stills from the video

• Shorts

  Identify and save short, standalone segments from longer responses

• Template Videos

  Instantly apply brand-standard templates to the recording

• Captioned Videos

  Generate versions with brand-consistent captions
